Privacy policy

WARCORE is a turn-based tank game played at war-core.online and in the WARCORE Windows app. This page explains what we store about you and why. We keep it to what the game needs to run.

What we store

• Your account: the player name you choose and your password. Passwords are stored only as a salted scrypt hash, never in readable form.
• Your game progress: coins, items you own and have equipped, match statistics, rank and rating, daily reward streak and mission progress.
• Purchases: for each coin pack or VIP payment, the Whop payment ID, the item, the amount and currency, and the date. We use this to deliver what you bought and to handle refunds.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated sign-in attempts and appears in short-lived server logs. We don't build profiles from it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Whop. You enter your card or other payment details on Whop's checkout, not on our site, and we never see or store them. Whop's own privacy policy covers the data it collects.

What is public

Your player name, rank, rating, online wins, best arcade wave and VIP badge can appear on the leaderboards on this website and in the game, and your player name is shown to opponents in online matches.

Storage in your browser

The game keeps your sign-in token, a copy of your progress and your settings (sound, colours) in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share your data with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while it exists. Daily backups of game data are kept for 30 days. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for accounting and refunds.

Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account and game progress at any time. Contact us through WARCORE's support on Whop (every receipt has a link to get help), and include your player name. Purchase records we must keep for accounting are kept even after an account is deleted.

Children

WARCORE is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
